This sparkling Torrontés presents a youthful and appealing lemon colour with green tinges. Fresh and fruity on the nose, the aroma is delicate with amazing flowery notes. The mouthfeel is elegant with notes of ripe peach and apricot, three months age on the lees added body and depth of flavour to the wine. The natural sweetness is complemented by the zesty and refreshing acidity. Delicious on it's own, or alongside fine cheeses and desserts.
