This Burgundy Côte de Beaune is an exceptional wine by Louis Latour.
Rich honey, vanilla, and light minerals on the nose. The palate is so buttery and sumptuous with lots of white peach, green apples and raw almonds. Elegant finish of brioche with medium acidity. We paired with a tasting menu composed of pan-seared foie gras, tuna, clams, shrimp and arctic char along with with buttery sauces and fine herbs. It was just perfect!
